Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the EU, if you are having trouble placing an order, please contact us.

What is your delivery time?

Within Finland our delivery time is 1-3 business days. Rest of Europe (incl. Nordic countries) is up to 10 business days.

What are your shipping fees?

For domestic orders (Finland) the shipping fee is 8.00€. Orders within Finland over 80.00€ receive free shipping.
For the Nordic countries, the shipping fee is 20.00€ and for remaining international countries the fee is 25.00€.

Very large orders have an additional processing fee of 5.00€ (all countries).

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will be notified by email when we have sent the parcel. If you chose the tracked shipping option you can use the tracking code on the shipping confirmation to track your parcel.

How do I return a product?

Products sold by the online store have a 30-day right of return excluding cosmetics. Right of return only applies to new, unopened, unused and salable products in the original packaging.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into the matter. For example, we can send a new product or refund the amount paid for the product.

The product I want to buy is sold out. When will it be back in stock?

We try our best to keep sufficient quantities of products in stock. But as we are a small business, sometimes demand can be greater than estimated.

If there is a delay more than 7 days in a product becoming available, you should contact us, so that we can give you details on when the product will next be available. 

I want to change an order I have already paid for, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and let us know your order number and what you would like to change. If the products have not yet been shipped, the order can still be cancelled and placed again.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us and we will do our best to cancel the order before it ships out.

I have a gift card, how do I use it on the website?

If you have a gift card that was purchased in store, please contact us so that we can convert it to a gift card for the online store.
